The CHE website uses a web analytics service that installs cookies temporarily for the sole and exclusive purpose of preparing statistical reports. Data processing
Personal data will be treated confidentially and will be incorporated into the corresponding processing activity owned by the Confederación Hidrográfica del Ebro. Article 30.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) provides that each controller and, where appropriate, its representative shall keep a Register of the processing activities carried out under its responsibility. Accordingly, we have drawn up a Register of Processing Activities, which is a list of all processing carried out and a detailed description thereof. Likewise, in accordance with art. 31.2 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights we have proceeded to publish this inventory making it accessible by electronic means.
