Casa de las Ciencias en Logroño, espacio cultural y divulgativo que acoge la exposición itinerante del centenario CHE

29 April 09:00 20:30

Logroño is a city born on the banks of the Ebro. The river has always been a central axis in the social, scientific and economic life of the city, structuring its landscape and setting the pace of its development. The Casa de las Ciencias, located on the riverbank, symbolizes Logroño’s vocation for dissemination and its commitment to knowledge, the environment and citizen participation.

The Ebro has marked the growth of the city, its heritage and its ability to adapt to the challenges of water. From the historic bridges to the modernization of its riverbanks, Logroño has been able to unite tradition and science, incorporating the river into its daily life and the education of new generations.

Logroño’s relationship with the Confederación Hidrográfica del Ebro is active and close: the city has been the scene of pioneering projects in water management, river restoration and scientific dissemination activities. Today, Logroño is an example of the integration of del Ebro as a learning and meeting place for the whole society.
