The city and its surroundings have always been linked to water management, both in everyday life and in the industrial and social memory of the Campoo region. From reservoir regulation to the glassmaking and metallurgical tradition, the Ebro has been an engine of development and a central element of Reinosa\u2019s identity.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The relationship between Reinosa and the CHE is historic.
