The city and its surroundings have always been linked to water management, both in everyday life and in the industrial and social memory of the Campoo region. From the regulation of the reservoir to the paper and metallurgical tradition, the Ebro has been an engine of development and a central element in the identity of Reinosa.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The relationship between Reinosa and the CHE is historical.
