DESCRIPTION:Pamplona\, crossed by the Arga River\, has always been linked to the Ebro basin and the management of its tributaries in Navarra. The Arga\, which runs through the city and its surrounding farmlands\, has shaped the daily life\, urban development\, and cultural and historical identity of the region. Since the first steps of the Confederation in 1926\, Navarra has played an active role in hydraulic planning\, with irrigation projects\, flow regulation\, and environmental actions aimed at water sustainability.   \n\nPamplona’s relationship with the CHE has a foundational character: a key place in the basin that recalls the value of territorial participation in this pioneering management model. The centennial exhibition is installed in the Gothic Hall of the Palacio del Condestable\, in the heart of the historic center\, as a meeting place that connects this collective memory with the present.
